Simple, rapid set-up and true one-cut / finish capability

The 204's have 3 spindle speeds of 60, 100, 170 RPM and infinitely variable feed on the disc and drum slides which optimize performance for machining all size rotors, drums, and flywheels. Also the multi-speeds / feeds allow for One Cut Machining, which greatly reduces machining time, and gives the operator absolute control over surface finish.
The body casting and the spindle bearing are especially robust, and the tool slides have massive dove tail ways with gives that adjust to maintain accuracy.

The rugged 3" diameter spindle handles work piece loads up to 500 lb. with no deflection. Optional 2" spindle and the truck kit expands the range of the 204 to include medium and heavy duty trucks.
