VSG-22 Manual Valve Seat Boring Machine A manual system for the engine rebuilder. Uses one single carbide insert. Three angles machined simultaneously. Pilot is supported on both ends so it will not flex. Different pilots are available and the holders are adjustable to fit the smallest valve seats. Ball joint allows 15° degree of movement to align the pilot to the exact guide axis. The upper pilot is held by the locking mechanism allows the holder and insert to be rotated to cut the seat. Works on small engines valve seats for motorcycle, lawnmowers, tractors and for various other engines. Adjustable to work both horizontally and vertically. Grinding and lapping of seats is not necessary.
